We have achieved the Bronze Award through the Ministry of Defense's Employer Recognition Scheme, recognising our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and upholding the Armed Forces Covenant.
We are committed to ensuring that serving personnel, reservists, veterans, service leavers, military spouses and partners, and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers are treated fairly and supported in their employment.
We offer an Armed Forces interview scheme, whereby applicants from the Armed Forces community who meet the essential criteria for a role are offered an interview.
We also recognise the importance of balancing employment with military and volunteering commitments. Reservists can access up to two weeks' paid leave each year for annual military training, and we support colleagues who volunteer with cadet organisations through our leave arrangements.
